Win A Copy Of ‘How To Shoot A Reportage’

We’re really happy to announce the first ever competition on LearningTheLight.com – the first of many, we hope!

‘How To Shoot A Reportage’ is an excellent eBook by professional photographer Enzo Dal Verme, who has had his work featured in Marie Claire, Vanity Fair and Grazia, among others. His book is full of tips and guides on just how to make the most of a photography trip: how to pick and choose your subject, what it takes to make your photos stand out, and even advice on how to make your shots salesworthy.

And we have 5 copies to giveaway, exclusively for LearningTheLight.com visitors!

To be in with a chance of winning a copy (which you can find out more about on Enzo’s site, including a multi-page preview, and a full contents summary) all you have to do is:

  1. Follow us on Twitter
  2. Retweet the following message, by simply copying and pasting it:

Win a copy of ‘How To Shoot A Reportage’ via @LearninTheLight – visit http://bit.ly/g5k34B for info

And that’s it! However, for another entry, you can also ‘Like Us’ on Facebook, or, if you’ve got a blog or photography website, you can also link to us at www.learningthelight.com, and then send us a message telling us you’ve done so.

The competition ends midnight 14th February 2011 GMT, and we’ll pick the 5 winners using a random number generator. As the prize is an eBook, entries can of course come from all around the world – feel free to enter, no matter where you live!

Now for the boring small print….

  • You can RT the message as many times as you wish, but it will only count as one entry, I’m afraid…
  • You can have a maximum number of 3 entries: a RT, ‘liking us’ on facebook, and putting a link to us on your website.
  • The competition closes midnight 14th February 2011 GMT – no entries will be accepted after then.
  • No cash/prize alternative will be offered.
  • We will reveal the winners via Twitter after the closing date, and the winners will be notified via a private message on how to claim their prize.

* Please note, the competition has now ended, and the winners have been notified via Twitter. Thanks to everyone for entering, and stay tuned for more competitions soon…
